Michael Keaton was an American actor, producer, and director, most well-known as the main character of Birdman. Keaton is an actor with a variety of talents who has the ability to perform both comic and dramatic roles. An actor who is versatile who is adept when it comes to dramatic and comedic parts. When he was still in his teens the actor began developing an interest in acting as well as performing. In the later years, when he was an aspiring youngster, he tried stand-up humor. While his stand-up comedy was not successful it helped pave the road for his acting. He was unable to achieve success as comedian, so he became a TV cameraman on an online cable channel. As he was doing working, he began to realize that he really would like to appear present on camera. In a few episodes, Mister Rogers Neighborhood, he got the role on TV. An actor with natural talent, he became popular quickly on television. With great ambitions, he began a career in film and gained fame for his comedy role. He gained even more fame in the role of Batman who was the title character in Tim Burton's Batman. As time passed, his acting skills improved and he began to look into directing and producing. The year 2014 saw his appearance as Birdman was rewarded with numerous nominations and awards.
